Refund and Cancellation Policy
GUZ.TECH Technical Diving Conference 2026

We understand that plans can change. This policy explains the refund and cancellation arrangements for conference tickets and meal bookings purchased for GUZ.TECH 2026.
1. Conference Tickets
If you need to cancel your attendance at GUZ.TECH 2026, the following refund arrangements apply:

| 1 November to 13 November 2026 | 50% refund |
| From 14 November 2026 onwards | No refund |
Refunds are calculated against the amount paid for the conference ticket.
2. Meal Bookings
Meal bookings may be cancelled separately from conference tickets.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for meal cancellations from 14 November 2026, as catering arrangements and commitments must be finalised in advance.
3. Transferring Your Booking
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your conference ticket to another person at no additional charge.
Please contact us before the event with the name of the original ticket holder and the person who will be attending instead.
Meal bookings may also be transferred, subject to any applicable dietary requirements and catering arrangements.
4. Cancellation by the Organiser
If GUZ.TECH 2026 is cancelled by the organisers, all conference tickets and meal bookings will be refunded in full.
If the event is postponed or materially changed, attendees will be informed of the available options and their applicable refund rights.
We cannot accept responsibility for additional expenses incurred by attendees, including travel, accommodation or other personal arrangements, except where required by law.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact the GUZ.TECH organisers through the contact form on our website.
Please include:
- Your full name
- Your booking or order number
- Details of the tickets or meals you wish to cancel
Refund eligibility will be determined by the date we receive your cancellation request.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method wherever possible.
6. Statutory Rights
Tickets and catering booked for an event on a specific date are generally exempt from the standard 14 day cooling off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
The refund arrangements outlined above are offered by GUZ.TECH and do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
